What we collect: your contact details, career history and goals, and any CV, LinkedIn export, job description, or other files you upload. A few fields — financial runway, minimum income level, and personal/family commitments — are financial or family information; these are marked “sensitive” above and are always optional.

Why: solely to draft your transition plan and CV.

Who else sees it: your submission is processed using Anthropic's Claude AI service (United States) to help draft your plan, and stored files are transmitted via Resend (United States) to our business inbox. This app is hosted on Vercel (United States). All of these involve transferring your data outside Kenya; we rely on each provider's standard data-processing terms as the safeguard for that transfer. Email us if you'd like more detail before submitting.

How long we keep it: temporary upload files are deleted from our web server within minutes of processing. Your submission and generated documents are then retained for 12 months after your final plan is delivered, then archived or deleted.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — email gitonga@gmail.com and we'll respond within 14 days.

Payment: send KES 7,500 via M-Pesa to +254725561459 (M-Pesa name: Eric Mbaya), then enter the confirmation code from the M-Pesa SMS below. We'll confirm receipt and get started on your plan.
